Passed away June 24th 1972

Funeral services have been planned for Mark S. Evans, 21 of 123 South Ninth Street, who died at University hospitals, Minneapolis, on Saturday June 24, 1972 of injuries received in an automobile accident.

Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral home with President Richard Howard officiating and interment in Evergreen cemetery.

Mark Evans was born in Brainerd, Nov. 16, 1950 and was a lifetime resident.

He was a recent graduate of Brainerd State Junior college and a psychiatric technician at the Brainerd State hospital. he was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Joanne Howard of Brainerd, Mrs. Joyce Jensen of Bemidji and Gayle at home.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. today until time of service.
