John and I are now back at the site in Brainerd where I grew up.  We have been married 35 years and moved back to Brainerd after we retired.

I retired from teaching Family and Consumer Science in 1993 and took a job for 4 years with the University of MN Extension Service in Morrison County.

I am now totally retired and work just for fun. I volunteer at a local elementary school in Brainerd two days a week and love it.  I also do judging at county and State Fair levels.

My most recent and satisfying experience was becoming a Reiki Master.
