                    Cheryl  Lynn Hanson 
                       
                      Cheryl  Lynn (Dunemann) Hanson, beloved Wife, Mom, Grandmother, Daughter and Sister  passed away January 17th, 2019. She was born on December 9th, 1950 to Wayne  (Red) and Theora (LaVoie) Dunemann. She grew up in Brainerd, Mankato and New Ulm;  where she made amazing life-long friends. 
                       
                      Cheryl  married the love of her life, Larry Hanson in 1970. They were married for 48  wonderful years. They had two children together, Jason and Taya. Cheryl had  worked for the Brainerd School District for over 30 years, when she retired in  2012. She enjoyed decorating her home with her husband, Larry. Once the home  was renovated multiple times; they moved their work outdoors. She was always  trendy, simple, yet classy. She enjoyed traveling during her retirement years  and also spending time with her friends and family. 
                       
                      She is  survived by her Husband and best friend, Larry Hanson of Brainerd; Son, Jason  (Sara) Hanson of Sauk Rapids; Daughter, Taya (Wally) Peterson of Ham Lake, MN;  Mom, Theora Dunemann; Brothers, Charlie and Keith. She adored her two Grandchildren,  Liv Peterson and Mitchell Hanson. 
                       
                      She is  proceeded in death by her Father, Wayne Dunemann. 
                       
                      A funeral  service will be held Friday, January 25th at 11:00 Immaculate Heart Catholic  Church, Crosslake, MN. A gathering will occur one hour prior to the service and  a luncheon to follow. A burial service will take place at Evergreen Memorial  Gardens Cemetery at a later date. 
                       
                      She was  beautiful, she was valued, and she was loved dearly and always will be.
